The service and these terms

These terms govern your use of Greensquares, operated by Greensquares Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. By using the service you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

Greensquares is currently a preview. Example projects, public activity and reward counts are illustrative. Saving a private profile, project, interest note or promotion draft does not publish it, reserve advertising, purchase a membership or guarantee acceptance. Features may be incomplete or unavailable.

Your account

GitHub is the supported sign-in method, with authentication and an embedded wallet provided through Privy. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials and recovery methods secure. You are responsible for actions you authorize and must not impersonate another person or organization.

The service is not for children under 13. Minors must have any permission required by applicable law. Third-party wallet and payment services may have additional age, identity and regional eligibility requirements. Do not evade those requirements or restrictions.

Your projects remain yours

You retain the rights you hold in your code, projects and submitted content. Public availability does not mean that code is unlicensed or free of conditions. Respect the license and rights of each repository and every contributor.

You give Greensquares the limited permission needed to store, process and present your submissions to you, to authorized reviewers when you submit a promotion, and to the audience you explicitly choose through a publishing or advertising agreement. You must have the rights needed for that use. This permission does not transfer ownership or create a general license to train AI models on your code.

Work reports and repository imports are informational tools. GitHub account verification establishes account control; it does not independently verify every contribution, project claim, license, or entitlement to a reward.

Use the studio responsibly

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or malicious content; distribute malware; expose another person's private information; harass users; falsify contribution evidence; manipulate recognition; or use the service for fraud, scams or prohibited transactions.

Do not bypass authentication, access another person's workspace, abuse automated requests, interfere with the service, or attempt to extract secrets or wallet keys. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, respond to violations, or comply with applicable law.

Promotions and paid services

A promotion must be reviewed and explicitly accepted before it is treated as an approved placement. Paid content must be identified as advertising where it appears. Promotion and membership purchases must not be presented as buying praise, contribution credit, reward eligibility or investment returns.

Paid checkout and subscriptions are not open in the current preview. Before a paid service becomes available, its price, scope, delivery, renewal if any, and cancellation or refund terms must be disclosed. A saved interest or campaign brief is not a payment authorization. Applicable statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Wallets, networks and proposed rewards

The embedded wallet is provided through Privy. You control transactions you authorize. Check the recipient, asset, amount and network before signing: blockchain transactions may be irreversible and network fees can apply. Testnet assets have no promised monetary value. Keep a secure recovery or export method for your wallet.

Provider availability, geographic restrictions, network congestion and technical failures can affect wallet services. Greensquares is not a bank or broker and does not provide investment, legal or tax advice. References to Robinhood Chain, Microsoft Stock Tokens or other providers do not themselves imply endorsement or a partnership.

Proposed token-funded recognition and stock-token rewards are not live. Account creation, contributions, calendar activity, a subscription, or promotion does not entitle you to shares, tokens, a payout, or any particular return. Any future program needs its own eligibility, funding, availability and provider terms. No reward amount or investment result is guaranteed.

Third-party services and availability

GitHub, Privy, Stripe, hosting services, blockchain providers and linked project websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Their services can change or become unavailable. Links are supplied for context and do not guarantee the quality, safety or accuracy of an external project.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed promotional results. Keep your own copies of important work. These terms do not exclude warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and sign out at any time. Signing out does not delete stored data or the embedded wallet. The privacy policy explains exports, deletion limitations and requests. Preserve wallet access before requesting account closure.

We may change these terms or the service and will identify the updated date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights, impose a private arbitration requirement, or prevent you from exercising rights available under applicable law.
